Smt Magan Jain Scholarship

Smt Magan Jain Scholarship has been instituted in the year 2022 and is open to all B.Tech students. The scholarship amount is Rs. 1 lakh per student per year and is awarded to one B.Tech student every year in order to support internships (international or domestic), special projects and opportunities, financial needs, etc. B.Tech students with a minimum CPI of 6.5 are eligible.

Prof. Sudhir K Jain is currently the 28th Vice-Chancellor of Banaras Hindu University. He is a Civil engineer by education and has earlier served three terms as the founding director of the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. This scholarship has been instituted by him in honour of his mother, Smt Magan Jain.
