Ramanujan Scholarship

Akash Bapat is a B.Tech alumnus of 2014 class with a major in Electrical Engineering. He set up this scholarship in honor of Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. This scholarship of ₹ 1 lac per year will support students at IITGN.

After graduating from IITGN, he completed his PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is currently working as a Research Scientist at Facebook, USA.
