Dean's List and Academic Citations

The Dean's List and Academic Citations recognize those students who achieve a certain level of academic excellence in an academic term. Such a student receives a personalized letter of appreciation from the Dean (Academic) to honor and recognize their excellent academic performance.

The top 5% of the enrolled students in each discipline based on SPI are placed on the Dean's List, and the next 10% of students are awarded the Academic Citation subject to meeting the following eligibility criteria.
• Minimum SPI of 8.0, with at least 20 credits of courses (excluding the thesis units) cleared that semester
• There should not be any F grade in any course in that semester
• Not on academic or disciplinary probation
