    1. Appointed State Ethics Coordinator in 2021 for enhancing organizational ethical culture in IndianOil. Launched various ethics-related programs such as Ethics and Social Responsibility Circles in Indian Oil. Designed an anonymous ethical culture feedback system for Indian Oil.
    2. Subject Matter Expert for guiding ethics workshops by Vigilance Department for mid- career (22 years’ service), conducted by IndianOil Institute of Petroleum Management (IiPM), Gurgaon, Haryana, India during 2021-22.
    3. Over 4000 executives trained on ethics and social responsibility.
    4. All India Best Manager Award by Indian Oil Corporation in 2016 for Fleet Marketing.
    5. Recognition for driving 5S initiative (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) to improve housekeeping culture among 20 retail outlets in Mangalore DO.
    6. Recipient of ‘Instrument of Appreciation’ in 2011 for developing eco-friendly fuel station with a butterfly park (world’s first) at Pongam, Kochi, India.
