Internal Transportation

Parking arrangements for Convocation Day (30th)

1. Residents are encouraged to use EECO vehicle or walk and avoid using personal vehicle.
2. In case residents need to bring vehicle, please use the parking behind AB-1 (near fountain area)
3. Solar carport, parking at sports field and near Gate-2 will be reserved for guests

External Transportation

Bus schedule on Convocation Day (30th)

1. One bus will run specially on convocation day at the following times:
   • From Palaj to Visat Circle - 8:45am, 3:15pm, 4:45pm
   • From Visat Circle to Palaj - 8am, 9:30am, 4:00pm
2. Regular buses will operate as per usual schedule except below two changes:
   • The 7:15 AM bus from Visat circle will start at 6:30 AM.
   • 56 seater regular bus will make additional trips from Palaj to Visat Circle (3:00pm) and from Visat Circle to Palaj (3.45pm)
3. The buses will follow their usual route from AB-1 parking
