Accomodation

July 26: Chimair hostel has been designated to accommodate the graduating students. The allocation of beds/rooms will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Students may contact Mr. Bharat Parmar (7573063321) or the security guard upon arrival at the hostel. The hostel staff is making all possible efforts to provide ready-to-sleep beds (or at least ready-to-sleep mattresses) to as many students as possible. Students will need to make their own arrangements in case all available beds and mattresses are occupied by the time they arrive at the hostel. The Transport and Accommodation subcommittee wishes the graduating students a pleasant stay.

July 10: Some rooms in the Students' hostels are expected to be available for accommodation of the graduating students during July 29-31. A form will be circulated in the due course to collect necessary information from the graduating students. Rooms will be allocated depending on availability. The method for allocation will be decided by the Transport and Accommodation subcommittee. While there are Institute-specified charges for hostel accommodation, alumni can avail a complimentary two-day stay in a year. Accordingly, graduating students who are allocated a hostel room can stay for the two days without paying any charges.
