Parking Instructions

Following is the parking plan for the convocation day

CATEGORY OF VEHICLES	PARKING-PLACE
1. For guest/ visitor's cars	Solar carport, parking at sports field and near Gate-2 will be reserved for guests (As per below map).
2. For faculty & staff's cars	Residents are encouraged to use EECO vehicle or walk and avoid using personal vehicle. In case residents need to bring vehicle, please use the parking behind AB-1, near fountain area (shown as P4 in map).

Parking arrangements for Convocation Day (30th)

1. Residents are encouraged to use EECO vehicle or walk and avoid using personal vehicle.
2. In case residents need to bring vehicle, please use the parking behind AB-1 (near fountain area)
3. Solar carport, parking at sports field and near Gate-2 will be reserved for guests

Note: All faculty and staff coming from housing blocks are requested to use ferry cab service, which will reduce parking problem.
