Parking and Traffic

Following is the parking plan for the convocation day

CATEGORY OF VEHICLES	PARKING-PLACE
1. For guest/ visitor's Vehicles	Gate No. 2 parking AB- 1 parking
2. For faculty & staff Vehicles	Residents are encouraged to use EECO vehicles or walk and avoid using personal vehicles. In case residents need to use personal vehicles, please park your vehicle in the solar carport.

Parking

1. Residents are encouraged to use EECO vehicles or walk and avoid using personal vehicles.
2. In case residents need to use personal vehicles, the vehicle may be parked in the Solar carport. The Gate 2 open parking next to HB 30 and AB-1 parking will be reserved for guests.

Traffic

1. The segment of the inner loop road that is adjacent to the convocation venue will be closed on the convocation day (Please see the map below).
2. The other segment of the inner loop road will remain open except during the following time slots due to anticipated high pedestrian traffic: 12 noon-2 pm and 6 pm - 8 pm.
3. Residents are requested to avoid using the inner loop road on the convocation day. Residents are encouraged to use the promenade road instead (the road from housing to solar carport behind the hostels). Please refer to the map below.
