Accomodation

July 06: Arrangements are being made to provide accommodation for graduating students in hostels. Please note that we will be able to accommodate only graduating students in the hostels and we will not be able to accommodate any friends, parents, or relatives in the hostels.

Guest house accommodation: The form was shared with you in my previous email and the allotment/decision would be shared soon.

Hostel Accommodation for Students: Please note that the allocation of beds/rooms in hostels will be done on the spot when you arrive on a first-come-first-serve basis. All graduating students are eligible for 2 days of accommodation free of charge subject to availability as per the norms. The hostel staff is making all possible efforts to provide ready-to-sleep beds/mattresses to as many students as possible. You may need to make your own arrangements in case all available beds/mattresses are occupied by the time you arrive at the hostel.
