Enjoy the day with your graduates. Here are some helpful tips to help your experience be more enjoyable.

Accommodation and Eateries:
There are a number of options around the area. Here is a list of places to stay. We suggest you to check in the nearby hotels such as Tune hotel (4 D Square, Visat Gandhinagar Highway, Motera, Gujarat 382424) and Royal Park Hotel (4th, Floor, Sahyog Plaza, New CG Road, Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380005) so that you can access the bus facility easily. Please note that the accommodation has to be done by yourselves so make sure that you do it well in advance. Here you will find a list of places to eat near campus. More information about Ahmedabad restaurants can be found on sites e.g. Zomato.

Transportation:
The new campus is about 20-22 km from the current VGEC campus. To get you all there we have arranged few buses from VGEC campus (in front of L- block ) to the permanent campus. These buses will run between 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Please make sure to catch one of these buses running within the stated time otherwise you will need to make your own arrangement.

Other things to do:
Roam around the campus to see where the young engineer in your family has spent a memorable portion of their life. Do remember to take enough pictures and share them with your family and friends. Also remember to visit some of the famous tourism spots in Ahmedabad.
