Enjoy the day with your graduates. Here are some helpful tips to help your experience be more enjoyable.

Accommodation and Eateries:
There are a number of options around the area. Here is a list of places to stay. If you stay in hotels nearby to the VGEC Campus, you will be able to avail of the bus service easily. Please note that the accommodation has to be done by yourselves so make sure that you do it well in advance. More information about Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar restaurants can be found on sites e.g. Zomato Ahmedabad and Zomato Gandhinagar

Transportation:
The permanent campus is about 20-22 km from the old VGEC campus. To get you all there we have arranged few buses from outside of VGEC campus to the permanent campus. The buses from Visat Circle to Palaj will be at 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM, 3:15 PM. The return buses from Palaj will be at 9:15 AM, 10:45 AM, 2:30 PM, 4:00 PM. Two buses will be running 2:30 PM onwards. Please make sure to catch one of these buses running within the stated time otherwise you will need to make your own arrangement.

Other things to do:
Roam around the campus to see where the young engineer in your family has spent a memorable portion of their life. Do remember to take enough pictures and share them with your family and friends. Also remember to visit some of the famous tourism spots in Ahmedabad.
