Aditya Ghosh, Co-founder of Akasa Air

Aditya Ghosh is a business leader, investor, mentor, and philanthropist. He has been recognized as Fortune 40 Under 40 globally and Fortune India 40 Under 40 for three consecutive years. He is a co-founder of Akasa Air, India’s fastest-growing airline.

As the President and Whole-time Director of IndiGo for 10 years, he is credited with turning IndiGo into the largest and most profitable airline in India. He served as the CEO of OYO Hotels & Homes South Asia and continues to be a member of the company’s board. A passionate supporter of the start-up world, Aditya, through his family office Homage Ventures, has invested in diverse consumer-facing businesses such as Blue Tokai, Ladies Who Lead (as Co-Founder), Burger Singh, Wholsum Foods, and Genepath Diagnostics. Aditya is committed to driving social impact as the Chairperson of the Social Enterprise Central body of SEWA and the Chairman of the CII National Committee on Skill Development & Livelihood. He is also one of the founders of Ashoka University.

A lawyer by training, Aditya is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (HBS), having completed its flagship Advanced Management Programme.

SP Shukla, Chairman – Mahindra Agri Solutions Ltd, Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd & CIE Automotive India Ltd

SP Shukla is currently Chairman – Mahindra Agri Solutions Ltd, Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd & CIE Automotive India Ltd. He is among the senior most company directors in the country with 44 years of corporate experience of which 25 years is at board level. He is a Member of the Technology Development Board (TDB) of Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. He has experience across sectors such as Automotive Components, Electric Car Racing, Solar Energy, Defence, Aero, Agri, Retail, Telecom and Steel. As a board member he has overseen Corporate Governance, Ethics & Compliances, Goal Setting & Performance Evaluation, Succession planning and Strategic Choices. He has also overseen divestment of stakes, managing relations with JV partners, mergers and acquisitions and discontinuation of business verticals.

Mr Shukla has monitored setting up of companies in India and abroad, as well as turnaround of the existing companies with both Indian and foreign nationals deployed in critical positions. These companies have been spread across several countries, including India, Australia, Chile, Jordan, Netherlands, UAE, UK, Italy. He was President of Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers, Chairman – FICCI National Committee on Defence and Aerospace and Founder-member of Cellular Operator Association of India.

He did his BTech from IIT BHU and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
