Our application system is now completely online. All applications must be submitted through our online portal. We do not accept applications via email.

Please read the instructions below carefully before you get started:

    Register in Online Application Portal

    Please click on the “Apply Now” button below to access our online portal. New users will have to first register using a valid email address.

    Submit Application

    Once registered, please login and fill out the required information. You will also have to upload the following as attachments:

    Detailed curriculum vitae (single PDF file, 2 MB limit)
    Scanned transcripts/grade cards for all course work performed during undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs (single PDF file, 10 MB limit)
    Scanned degree certificates for all degrees received (single PDF file, 10 MB limit)
    Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/PwD, if applicable (single PDF file, 1 MB limit)
    Reprints of 3 best publications (single PDF file, 15 MB limit)
    A clear, JPEG image of yourself.

    Email the PDF of Application

    Please e-mail the PDF document generated upon submission of the application to faculty.applications@iitgn.ac.in with the application number as the subject of the e-mail.
